Taylor Swift Gets A Big Surprise

Taylor Swift took the stage at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards to accept the Female Video of the Year honor, only to be interrupted by rapper Kanye West, who felt the award should have gone to R&B diva, Beyonce.  The crowd began chanting “TAY-LOR, TAY-LOR” as she did her best to finish her acceptance speech.  Beyonce herself later invited Taylor on stage to give a proper “thank you” to her fans and many supporters of her career on the business front.  For the complete play by play of the evening’s events, visit http://www.mtv.com/ontv/vma/2009/
